Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL/NON REFUNDABLE (UNLESS DEFECTIVE)

Due to hygienic practices, COVID-19 pandemic, andΒ the limited nature of our merchandise, you may not cancel/change/return/refund your order once it has been finalized. Unless it is defective/you were sent the wrong item, you may start a Refund or Exchange process). Please revise your cart, sizes, read product descriptions, and ask customer service for help, before sending in your order!Β 

DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ORDERS (U.S & INTERNATIONAL REFUNDS)

Defective/Incorrect products with proper documentationΒ of product's defectsΒ upon delivery withinΒ 7 days of its arrival are eligible for an Exchange (if available) or Refund. Proof of purchase is required. Product must be returnedΒ in original condition, unwashed/unworn, with tags attached.

We are not responsible for any return/replacement shipping costs. You will be responsible for paying your own return to and from shipping costs.Β We are unable to issue money backΒ if the buyer refuses to return the product or the returned items are lost during transit. We have the right to deny any returns that don't follow our policy.Β 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and it’s Approval or Rejection status.

U.S & INTERNATIONAL SIZE EXCHANGES

Exchanges for size replacement must meet ourΒ guidelines and process must be started within 7 days of product arrival.Β Proof of purchase is required, product must be returnedΒ in original condition, unwashed/unworn, with tags attached.

    We are not responsible for any Exchange shipping costs. You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs and shipping cost to receive the exchange.Β We are unable to issue money backΒ if buyer refuses to return product, or returned items are lost during transit.
