NO RESTOCKS

We do not restock, including items sold online or in person. So please order while you can!

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PACKAGES (LOST/DAMAGED) ONCE THEY ARE SHIPPED

Egirl Lounge has no control of items and their shipment once they leave the warehouse. We do provide tracking numbers but you will need to file a claim with the postal service for lost packages. If you’d like extra precaution of your order, please be sure to select shipping insurance at checkout.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING 

Please order carefully, email us any questions, before check out. We do not refund any orders or pay for their shipping costs.

PRE ORDERS 

Ordering any items listed under "PRE ORDER" means you understand you are purchasing inventory before it is physically available to us, with the expectation that it will be shipped at a later date compared to regular orders. Please allow at least a 20-50 day period. We cannot control shipping times after orders are delivered immediately from our warehouse. Be sure to check your tracking number for updates.

Unfortunately, some carriers do not support or cater to P.O Boxes, contact us to see if your location is eligible to be shipped to.
